In the very heart of Château de Haute-Serre vineyard and chais, we hold a great initiation to tasting. Whatever your existing knowledge is, alone, as a couple or with a few friends, these tasting workshops given by wine specialists are for you to learn how to approach and taste a wine.

Program
After a commented visit of the vineyard and the stone cellar, you will enjoy local cheese and appetisers to prepare your mouth for the wine. Then a commented sensory analysis and several amazing experiences will teach you the different flavors and aromas of wine before the tasting of 6 wines.

         


The workshops are organised in French and English from 10 am to 12.30 pm (2 saturdays per month from June to September and 1 saturday per month for the rest of the year) subject to booking from a minimum of 4 participants.
