 program... 9.00 am - 9.30 am : arrival and welcoming drink
9.30 am - 10.30 am : presentation of the Cahors appellation and the origins and rebirth of the vineyard, presentation of the grape varieties and the characteristics and specificities of the terroir at Haute-Serre, and then visit of the cellar following the different stages in the crafting of a great wine (vinification chai, maturing in tuns and barrels, bottling, storage)
10.30 am - 12.30 am : immersion in the vineyard for hnd-picking the grape for a special reserve
12.30 am - 14.30 am : lunch at La Table de Haute-Serre (seasonal meal agremented by the wines of Château de Haute-Serre)
