La Table de Haute-Serre is a stone cellar restaurant featuring a delightful cuisine associating the local products in an amazing atmosphere with contemporary furniture and decor mixing with traditional stone walls. The Chef Thierry Pszonka, Maître Cuisinier de France, proposed a refined and inventive cuisine which skilfully combines terroir and modernity.
The cuisine follows the seasons to enable people to taste the products that this extraordinary land offers. Opening January 6th 2012 We are opened everyday except on Wednesday & tuesday and the Sunday evening Lunch from 12 to 14 pm Diner from 19 to 21 pm
