This is why, every Tuesday from January to March, Georges Vigouroux concocts a winemaker’s lunch set around the truffle, in the recently furnished restaurant in the château chais. A special truffle menu with the perfect partnering between food and the château’s wines is thought up by master chef Philippe Combet.
