La Table de Haute-Serre
CELLAR RESTAURANT
La Table de Haute-Serre is a stone cellar restaurant featuring a delightful cuisine associating the local products in an amazing atmosphere with contemporary furniture and decor mixing with traditional stone walls.
The Chef Thierry Pszonka, Maître Cuisinier de France, proposed a refined and inventive cuisine which skilfully combines terroir and modernity.
The cuisine follows the seasons to enable people to taste the products that this extraordinary land offers.

A special truffle menu with the perfect partnering between food and the château’s wines is thought up by master chef Philippe Combet.
